Lorn Natural History GroupAcronym: LNHG
LNHG is the Biological Records Centre for vice-county 98, Main Argyll, and records, collates and provides data for the region. Our work is supported by funding from Scottish Natural Heritage.
Records are supplied by LNHG members, by other residents and visitors to the area, and by organisations who share data with us. We organise regular field trips and training days to improve our members' identification and recording skills. Latest information on these, and other local natural history news, at "Lorn Natural History Group" on Facebook.
- LNHG Biological Records Dataset
LNHG operates the biological records centre for VC98 Main Argyll, with support from Scottish Natural Heritage. This dataset contains all the records we hold, apart from any acquired since our last NBNA upload. Records from all taxonomic groups are accepted. Taxonomic coverage is uneven but we make constant efforts to redress the balance by targeting under-recorded groups.
