Records compiled from North-East Scotland (administrative areas of Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, Moray and Cairngorms National Park). Records collected at a variety of spatial scales ranging from 2 to 10 figure grid references.
Purpose
Casual recording. The majority of records are casual records submitted by volunteer recorders
Data quality
Records have been submitted to varying levels of verification. Some critical species have been verified by local and national experts though many of the historical records may not have been verified. Good confidence in data validity. Data validated and processed by NESBReC.
